Sears / Kenmore Dryers are manufactured by Frigidaire,
GE, Maytag, and Whirlpool. Here is how to tell which manufacturer mad
your dryer. The manufacturer is determined by the first three numbers
of your model number. Here is an example of your model number: 123.xxxxxxxxx.
Notice the model number begins with a 3 number prefix followed by a series
of 5,6, or 7 more numbers. If your model number begins with:
- 110 - your laundry appliance was manufactured by Whirlpool
- 417 - your laundry appliance was either manufactured by GE or Frigidaire
